Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

All orders include tracking. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We want you to love your Atelier Celinéa pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unused · In original packaging · Free from damage caused by wear
To start a return, please email us at info@ateliercelinea.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ateliercelinea.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
