We take great care in packaging every order, but if something arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage at info@ateliercelinea.com. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

All our jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel with 18K gold PVD plating. This process creates a durable, long-lasting finish that is resistant to tarnish, sweat, and water — unlike traditional gold plating.

Yes. Our 18K gold PVD pieces are water resistant and will not tarnish with normal exposure to water. You can wear them in the shower, at the gym or at the beach. For maximum longevity, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools or the sea for extended periods.

To keep your pieces looking their best:

• Store in the gift box or a soft pouch when not wearing
• Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray or harsh chemicals
• Clean gently with a soft dry cloth
• Remove before applying skincare products
